The animation is very expressive and full of personality but gets crippled by the camera movements. I think what you where trying to do was make it seem like someone was holding the camera, but I think more study needs to be done on what a held camera looks like.
That said I don't think the held camera effect is necessary. Since the characters are so animated it subtracts from their movement and creates an extremely disorienting effect (which doesn't benefit the animation). In fact, I would give a much higher rating if the camera just stayed static and did simple cuts.
